Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
- Divide filling, fold green food coloring into one bowl. Swirl both fillings into the crust.
