Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Lightly grease a skillet, heat over medium, and pour in the egg mixture, stirring for 4-5 minutes until slightly creamy.
  4. Fold in half of the crumbled bacon bits into the scrambled eggs.
  5. Slice the English muffins in half and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread a thin layer of Heinz chili sauce on each muffin half.
  7. Spoon the bacon and egg mixture onto each muffin half evenly.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese and remaining bacon on top of the filling.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
