Method
 

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the salami, pepperoni, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes using a sturdy cutting board and a sharp knife.
  2. Prepare a large mixing bowl for combining these savory ingredients.
Mixing
  1. In the large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with the finely chopped ingredients, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and fresh parsley.
  2. Blend the ingredients on medium speed for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
Shaping
  1. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on your countertop, and scoop the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wrap.
  2. Shape the mixture into a log form using your hands, gradually rolling it up in the wrap.
Chilling
  1. Place the wrapped log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, allowing it to chill and firm up.
