- Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and form it into a ball shape.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours.
- Unwrap, dust with smoked paprika, and press a bell pepper stem on top.
- Transfer to a serving platter and arrange crackers and veggie sticks around it.
