Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soften the cream cheese by allowing it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl, and mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and form it into a ball shape.
  4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours.
  5. Unwrap, dust with smoked paprika, and press a bell pepper stem on top.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and arrange crackers and veggie sticks around it.
