Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Fluffy Latte
- Start by taking your favorite glass and use the back of a spoon to spread 3 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff around the inside. Make sure to generously coat the sides while leaving the bottom open.
- Fill the glass with ice until it's about three-quarters full.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of light brown sugar, and ⅛ teaspoon of salt in a separate glass. Brew 2 ounces of hot espresso directly over this mixture to warm and soften the peanut butter.
- Stir with a hand frother until everything is smoothly mixed and the peanut butter dissolves completely.
- Carefully pour the espresso mixture over the ice in the prepared glass. Add 1 cup of your choice of milk and stir gently.
- In another glass, whisk together 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff, and a pinch of salt. Froth for about 30 seconds until thickened.
