  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary Can substitute with dried thyme or oregano

Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Potatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice each potato in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary. Stir until well-blended.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the garlic butter mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut-side down. Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve warm.
