  • 1 can Biscuit Dough or crescent dough
  • 2 tablespoons Butter unsalted recommended
For Topping
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese or vegan cheese for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in the shredded cheese until melted; remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round to about 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cooled beef and cheese mixture onto each dough round, and seal the edges completely.
  6. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and optional parsley. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb before baking.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
