- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the shredded cheese until melted; remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round to about 4 inches in diameter.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cooled beef and cheese mixture onto each dough round, and seal the edges completely.
- Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and optional parsley. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb before baking.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
