Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Take a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture, flatten it into a disk, place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center, and wrap the beef around it to form a ball.
  4. Roll each bomb in grated Parmesan cheese until fully coated and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden-brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
