- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
- Take a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture, flatten it into a disk, place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center, and wrap the beef around it to form a ball.
- Roll each bomb in grated Parmesan cheese until fully coated and place on the prepared baking sheet.
