Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, and spices. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan and shape into a loaf about 1.5 inches thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then mix in additional Parmesan and parsley until the glaze thickens.
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven, brush with the glaze, and return to bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with fresh parsley.
