Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients. Begin by slicing the beef kielbasa into 1/2-inch chunks. Drain the canned pineapple chunks, reserving 1 tablespoon of the juice.
- Make the Glaze. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice until smooth.
- Sear the Kielbasa. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with some neutral cooking oil. Sear the sliced kielbasa for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Finish with Pineapple and Glaze. In the same skillet, add the drained pineapple lumps and heat for 2 minutes. Pour the prepared glaze over the pineapple.
- Simmer and Thicken the Glaze. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- Serve and Enjoy. Once thickened, serve warm, optionally skewered with colorful toothpicks.
