Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss until coated.
  4. Spread the sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 20 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together gochujang paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, and lime juice.
  6. Transfer the roasted sprouts to the bowl with the sauce and stir gently to coat.
  7. Return the coated sprouts to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  8. Remove from oven, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
