  3. Blend the sweet potato with your choice of milk and sugar until smooth.
  4. Heat the blended mixture in a medium pot over medium-high heat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring gently.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese, whipping cream, milk, and sugar until creamy.
  6. Pour the sweet potato mixture into cups, dollop the cheese foam on top, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nuts if using.
  7. Serve warm or pour over ice for a chilled treat.
