  • 4 pieces Ripe Freestone Peaches Use freestone peaches for easy pit removal.
For the Grilling
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (or Ghee) Substitute with olive oil for a dairy-free option.
For Sweetening
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar Use regular sugar if preferred, but coconut sugar adds richer taste.

Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F to 400°F.
  2. Slice each peach in half and remove the pit carefully. Set the peach halves cut-side up.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with melted butter or ghee, then sprinkle coconut sugar on each half.
  4. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until grill marks form.
  5. Flip the peaches over and grill for another 2 to 3 minutes until tender and fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
