  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is generously coated. Massage the marinade into the meat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side down on the hot grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes. Flip and grill until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken thighs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
