- In a large pot, bring 6 cups of chicken broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once simmering, add 1 pound of diced chicken breast, 2 tablespoons of sliced fresh ginger, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 chopped carrots, 2 stalks chopped celery, and 1 diced onion. Stir and cook for 15-20 minutes.
