Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring 6 cups of chicken broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once simmering, add 1 pound of diced chicken breast, 2 tablespoons of sliced fresh ginger, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 chopped carrots, 2 stalks chopped celery, and 1 diced onion. Stir and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  3. While the soup simmers, cook your choice of noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Once chicken and vegetables are tender, gently fold the cooked noodles into the soup pot and stir to combine.
  5. Taste your soup and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped herbs.
