Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the beef chuck into bite-sized chunks and season with black pepper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and gochujang. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Place seasoned beef into the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. 15-20 minutes before serving, boil water and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the slow cooker and stir to combine with beef and broth.
  6. Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro as desired.
