  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter for flavor and browning

  • 8 oz. Brie Cheese high-quality
For the Herb Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Flat-Leaf Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
For Flavor Enhancement
  • 1.5 tsp Lemon Zest finely grated
  • 0.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
For the Glaze
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1.5 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with neutral oil.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and cut into strips.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter, then stir in the herbs, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  4. Place the brie in the center of the baking sheet and wrap the dough strips around it.
  5. Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the brie before placing it in the oven.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden and the brie is melted.
