- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized casserole dish.
- Combine the Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, fresh spinach, and artichoke hearts into the creamy mixture. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the chicken and vegetable mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
