Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, sliced almonds, and coconut flakes.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together coconut oil, honey, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Pour the warm melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and press down firmly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, checking after 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  7. Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into clusters.
