- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your ingredients while the oven heats up.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped bell peppers and onions with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss until coated, then spread onto a baking sheet.
- Slice kielbasa into 1-inch pieces, add to the mixing bowl, and drizzle with another tablespoon of olive oil. Arrange kielbasa on top of the veggies on the baking sheet.
