- Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Melt ½ cup of salted butter over medium heat, then whisk in 1 cup of hot cocoa powder and 8 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in 6 cups of Cocoa Krispies cereal and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down gently with parchment paper.
- Before setting, sprinkle dehydrated marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles over the top.
- Let cool for about 20 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to speed up the process.
- Once cooled, cut into 24 squares and serve.
