- After simmering, carefully stir in a pinch of salt and then pour in the whole milk while stirring continuously.
- Strain the tea into cups using a fine sieve to remove the tea leaves and spices.
- Sweeten each cup with sugar or honey to taste and garnish with crushed nuts if desired.
