Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Crab Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the no-boil lasagna noodles as per package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink (3-4 minutes).
- Fold in crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat, then remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half the Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish and layer with Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp and crab mixture, and more sauce. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with noodles and sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
