For the Lasagna Layers
  • 12 oz Lasagna Noodles No-boil noodles are recommended.
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Imitation crab can be used.
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
For the Cheesy Mixture
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Can use cottage cheese as a substitute.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Reserve some for topping.
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream Can be lightened or omitted.
For Flavoring
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce Homemade preferred.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Alternatively, use butter.
  • to taste Chili Flakes Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
For the Crunchy Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping Extra Parmesan can be added.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Crab Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the no-boil lasagna noodles as per package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink (3-4 minutes).
  3. Fold in crab meat, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat, then remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half the Parmesan, mozzarella, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  5. Grease a baking dish and layer with Alfredo sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp and crab mixture, and more sauce. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with noodles and sauce.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
