Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the back of each lobster shell and pull meat up.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, evenly spaced.
  4. Mix paprika, Old Bay seasoning, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; season lobster tails.
  5. Bake lobster tails for 10 minutes until meat is opaque.
  6. Melt butter, mix in garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and remaining seasoning.
  7. Brush lobster tails with garlic butter sauce, reserving some for later.
  8. Broil lobster tails for 3 minutes until golden-brown on top.
  9. Drizzle reserved garlic butter over lobster tails and serve with lemon wedges.
