Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread creamy peanut butter evenly over the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle half of the chopped peanut butter cups over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the candy layer.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the dry chocolate cake mix over the condensed milk layer.
  6. Carefully drizzle the melted unsalted butter over the top of the cake mix.
  7. Add the remaining chopped peanut butter cups and milk chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is bubbly and slightly crisp.
  9. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
