- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread creamy peanut butter evenly over the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped peanut butter cups over the peanut butter layer.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the candy layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry chocolate cake mix over the condensed milk layer.
- Carefully drizzle the melted unsalted butter over the top of the cake mix.
- Add the remaining chopped peanut butter cups and milk chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is bubbly and slightly crisp.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
