Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl. Remove any skin.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then add honey, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well until coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon bites in basket, ensuring they don't overlap. Cook for 5-7 minutes, checking for doneness.
  4. While salmon is cooking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Serve the salmon bites with rice and garnish with edamame, avocado, cucumber, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce. Top with green onion and cilantro.
