  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1 cup Flour or Cornstarch Flour for classic crust or cornstarch for gluten-free
For the Seasoning

  • cooking spray Olive Oil Cooking Spray For crispiness
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayo (or Light Mayo) Creamy base
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Adjust to taste for spice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour or cornstarch, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture.
  4. Lightly spray the coated shrimp with olive oil cooking spray and air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha for the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Toss the cooked shrimp in the Bang Bang sauce and serve immediately.
