Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine softened unsalted butter and honey until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Place a cooling rack over a baking sheet and arrange thick slices of your bread. Preheat the broiler.
  3. Spread the honey butter mixture over each slice of bread evenly.
  4. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise around the edge of each slice.
  5. Crack an egg into the center of each slice and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Distribute crispy pancetta over the eggs and sprinkle Parmigiano cheese on top.
