Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the baby potatoes into 1-inch pieces and toss with ¼ cup ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Spread the potatoes in the baking dish.
  3. Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden-brown.

  5. Remove the baking dish from the oven, add chicken over potatoes, cover with foil, and bake for another 20 minutes.
