Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat. Stir in salt and lemon juice, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Transfer shrimp to an ice bath.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  3. Chop the cooled shrimp into bite-sized pieces and add to the herb mayonnaise. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Preheat the oven’s broiler. Butter the buns and arrange them on a baking sheet. Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stuff the toasted buns with shrimp mixture and pack well.
  6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper, and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
