Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan) or 200°C (non-fan) and prepare a baking tray with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pork cocktail sausages, wholegrain mustard, runny honey, and sea salt. Coat the sausages evenly.
  3. Spread the coated sausages evenly on the prepared baking tray, ensuring they are not touching.
  4. After 12-13 minutes, turn the sausages over using tongs for even cooking.
  5. Check for doneness after 25 minutes. If desired, leave in oven for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra caramelization.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for 2 minutes, and transfer to a serving platter.
