Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded chicken, diced jalapeños, and spices until well combined.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the creamy sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll, and place seam-side down.
  4. Pour remaining creamy sauce over enchiladas, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
