- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare baking sheets by greasing them or lining with parchment paper.
- Mix together Butter Flavored Crisco, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated, scraping down sides of the bowl as necessary.
- Gradually add in flour, baking soda, and salt, folding gently until just combined, ensuring no dry flour remains.
- Scoop dough with a cookie scoop and roll into balls, then roll each in granulated sugar before placing on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until they start to crack but are still soft in the center.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Prepare frosting with green food coloring, pipe around each Hershey’s Kiss.
- Sprinkle star sprinkles and rainbow nonpareils on top before serving.
