Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare baking sheets by greasing them or lining with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together Butter Flavored Crisco, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated, scraping down sides of the bowl as necessary.
  4. Gradually add in flour, baking soda, and salt, folding gently until just combined, ensuring no dry flour remains.
  5. Scoop dough with a cookie scoop and roll into balls, then roll each in granulated sugar before placing on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until they start to crack but are still soft in the center.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  9. Prepare frosting with green food coloring, pipe around each Hershey’s Kiss.
