Step-by-Step Instructions for Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F or your air fryer to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly.
  4. In the center of each biscuit, add a heap of mozzarella cheese and several mini pepperoni slices.
  5. Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together tightly to seal and shape them into balls.
