  1. Place the boneless ribeye steak in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up, then slice thinly against the grain. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers, sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced ribeye to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned and just cooked through.
  5. Stir in unsalted butter and parsley until melted and combined.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, spread mayonnaise inside, and fill with steak mixture and cheese.
