- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder. Use a whisk or fork to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly mixed and free of lumps.
- Add cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms.
- If the dough is too dry, gradually add milk 1-2 tablespoons at a time until smooth and moldable.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of dough and roll into a 1-inch ball. Repeat until all dough is used.
- Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and let the balls chill for at least 30 minutes.
