Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone on the middle rack.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a circle about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded fresh mozzarella generously over the ricotta layer.
  5. Lay thin slices of prosciutto over the mozzarella, distributing them evenly.
  6. Transfer your assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the top while still warm.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice into 8 pieces, and serve immediately.
