Method
 

Infusion Process
  1. Start by muddling a few slices of jalapeño in a clean glass jar using the back of a spoon. Pour in 2 cups of quality tequila blanco, followed by a handful of fresh cucumber slices. Seal the jar tightly and let it infuse for 8 to 12 hours.
Preparing the Glasses
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix granulated sugar and kosher salt. Run fresh lime wedges along the rim of each glass, then dip into the sugar-salt mixture until well coated.
Mixing the Cocktail
  1. Gather a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice halfway. Pour in 2 oz of the infused tequila, followed by 1 oz of orange liqueur and 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice. Secure the shaker lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Serving the Cocktail
  1. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge and a couple of sliced jalapeños on the rim of each glass.
