Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), ensuring it's nice and hot for the burgers.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  3. Grease your hands with olive oil and shape the mixture into 6 equal patties, about 1-inch thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven, cool for a couple of minutes, and serve on a bed of salad mix drizzled with dressing.
