Preparation Steps

  2. Prepare jasmine or white rice according to package instructions, typically rinsing, boiling, and simmering for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes. Remove steak from marinade, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches 130°F for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until smooth, adjusting spiciness as needed.
  5. To assemble, place rice in each bowl, top with sliced steak, drizzle spicy cream sauce, and garnish with green onions.
