Method
 

Prepare the Loaf
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 6-cup loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk thoroughly for about 30 seconds.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth, then add eggs, vanilla extract, and lavender extract.
  4. Fold in the mashed bananas gently until just combined.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture with a spatula until just incorporated.
