Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine ⅓ cup of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon zest and mix until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: 3 ¼ cups of flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
