Step-by-Step Instructions for Loaded Cookie Brittle
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together 1 cup of softened butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
