Step-by-Step Instructions for Loaded Potato Ranch Chicken Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and gather your 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Wash and dice the Yukon Gold potatoes. Toss with ranch dressing, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread in the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  3. Dice chicken and mix with remaining ranch dressing, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the chicken over the baked potatoes, cover with foil, and reduce the oven to 400°F (204°C). Bake for 20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
