Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Combine 1.5 bags of mini marshmallows and 1/3 cup of butterscotch topping with melted butter.
  4. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.
  5. Stir in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until well-coated.
  6. Press the mixture into the greased baking pan.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Cut the treats into 15-20 squares and place them upside down on wax paper.
  9. Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 cup of butterscotch chips until smooth.
  10. Dip the treats in the melted chocolate mixture and return them to wax paper.
