Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by peeling the ripe mango, slicing around the pit, and dicing the flesh into uniform cubes.
  2. Wash and peel the cucumber, halve it, scoop out seeds, and dice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Rinse blueberries under cold water, drain and pat dry, then fold them into the mixing bowl.
  4. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the flesh, dice it, and add to the bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the mango, cucumber, blueberries, and avocado, then toss gently to combine.
  7. Finely chop cilantro and sprinkle over the salad, mixing gently to integrate.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a chilled option.
