Instructions

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with apple cider.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Whisk together powdered sugar and apple cider to make the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and allow it to set before slicing.
