- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, quick oats, milk, egg, diced onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until cohesive.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan, pressing down evenly for shape.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour and 15 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
