Ingredients
  

Chicken Fajitas
  • 2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 medium Bell peppers (various colors) sliced
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 1 packet Fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 8 tortillas Flour or corn tortillas for serving
  • Toppings (sour cream, guacamole, salsa) optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top and pour in chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix with the vegetables.
  6. Serve with tortillas and desired toppings.
