Muffin Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line your muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, and orange zest until smooth.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Toss cranberries in flour, then fold into the muffin batter.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling them two-thirds full, and sprinkle turbinado sugar on top.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
